ēmprende IA Mérida 2026: the day AI stops chatting and starts working for your business

I have spent months giving AI marketing keynotes and workshops in the United States, at events like AI CEO in Seattle and the San Diego meetup. Every time the same thing happened: someone from Mexico came up at the end and asked when we would do something like this back home. Well, now. And not just anywhere: in Mérida, the city where I live, where KOS has a team and where there is an absurd amount of entrepreneurial talent that is not getting the attention it deserves.

ēmprende IA is not another conference where someone shows you slides with the word disruption. It is a full day, from 9:00 to 15:00, so the owner of a taco stand, a law office, a clinic or an Instagram store can walk in knowing nothing about artificial intelligence and walk out with their business running on it. That same day. Not next week.

And we built it with the right people. Frank Moreno and Grupo ēndor, who have spent years building brands in Mérida and Miami. FIN, the Mérida studio that makes film and comedy with AI better than anyone I know. And Marblism, where I am CMO. Three teams, one idea: Yucatán should not watch the AI wave from the beach.

ēmprende IA Mérida 2026 is an in person event for entrepreneurs and business owners held on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 9:00 to 15:00, at the Gran Museo del Mundo Maya in Mérida, Yucatán. It is organized by Marblism, Grupo ēndor and FIN. The ticket is a Marblism license, so every attendee arrives with their team of AI employees and activates it live during the event. It closes with a keynote by Frank Moreno and a $500,000 MXN prize for one local business.

Almost every AI event I have seen in Mexico revolves around the same thing: how to write better prompts for ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. That is fine, they are incredible tools and I use them every day. But a chat answers you. It does not reply to the customer email at 11 at night, it does not post to your Instagram on Tuesday, it does not call the lead that went cold.

Marblism is something else: a platform of AI employees. Each one arrives with a defined role and does it on its own. Eva is your executive assistant and lives in your Gmail or Outlook. Sonny runs your social media on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. Rachel is your receptionist and books on your calendar. Penny writes the blog and SEO on WordPress, Shopify, Wix or Webflow. My block has two parts. The first is what is coming: what is happening with AI agents right now, why OpenAI, xAI, Meta and every big player are racing toward the same thing, and what that means for a small business in Yucatán with no tech team. No smoke, with examples from real businesses.

The second is hands on.
